1st Floor- From the first floor it shows how the loading/service entrance is separated from the public entrance. And the doors on the exterior left and right side of the main entrance is for private entrance for performers and workers.

2nd Floor- This floor is the private floor for performers and workers. This floor leads directly to the stage/prep/mechanical spaces.

3rd Floor- This floor is the first public entrance to the theaters. As well as containing private areas as needed and by the front entrance you can see the lighter grey meaning you can see down to below where there will be plantations. 

4th Floor- Last floor is where the observation deck and the restaurant is located as well as the top public entrance to the theater. This floor is the highest point of the building so I wanted to take advantage of the views of  Manhattan/Brooklyn. So by putting the most public places at top it allows for the views to be optimal to everyone.

Section- What I am capturing with these sections are the spaces in relations to the edges of the building. How the core separates itself from the exterior curtain wall giving it a deconstructive architecture feel. Which is in relations to my site analysis where it gave an impression that it needed rebuilding. Meaning by showing the pull away from the exterior walls it shows a form that seems to be missing something as in a state of building/deconstruction. 

Section- In this section I wanted to emphasized on the enlarged/ pleasant environment on relations to the rest of the building. This also co-relates to the drain reference of my collage and doppler effect.

Lobby Area- This co-relates to the section above/as well as emphasized on the elevation of the building. The use of circular elevators not only develops on my concept, but also allows for dual side usage for public and private entities. 

Theater- This is an interior rendering of my theater and how the walls inside embellish on the doppler effect by expanding in and out.

THIS WAS THE PLAN OF THE PAST BUT DUE TO EXTENSIVE RESEARCH I FOUND THAT THE BUILDING MAY EXTEND INTO THE WATER

THIS IS MY NEW SITE INCLUDING THE EXTENSION INTO THE WATER

WHICH HELPED ME DESIGN A NEW MASSING WITH THE SAME FUNCTION JUST MORE EXCITING AND MORE RELATIVE TO MY PARTI'S 

THESE WERE THE OLD PLANS WHICH I AM STILL GOING TO KEEP THE CIRCULATION AND SPACES JUST MASSAGE THEM A BIT TO FIT THE MASSING 

PART OF WHAT THE NEW PLANS WILL LOOK LIKE JUST A LITTLE LESS DETAILED I AM WORKING IN SECTION AND PLAN SIMULTANEOUSLY MEANING WHEN ALL THE DETAILS OF THE PLANS ARE DONE SO WILL THE SECTION, ELEVATION, AND PERSPECTIVE VIEWS OF THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SPACES. (IN WORKING PROGRESS)
